Welcome to our Counseling Center.

We operate two Counseling Centers: one situated in the Children's Home Society building on Warm Springs Avenue in Boise and the other in Meridian, at the intersection of Eagle Road and Overland.

At the Children's Home, we are dedicated to offering mental, emotional, and behavioral health care services to children and their families.

Our goal through counseling and therapy is to empower our clients with coping skills, fostering positive attitudes and experiences essential for success in educational environments and for leading fulfilling, healthy, and productive lives.

As one of the most established outpatient providers of behavioral health services, the Children's Home supports thousands of children and families each year. A Sliding Fee Discount Program is consistently available for those who meet eligibility requirements.

Youth and Family Counseling

Our caring, professional staff offers first-rate emotional, behavioral, and mental health care, and uses a variety of progressive, therapeutic approaches to recovery. Early identification and the right interventions help children and teens develop emotionally, socially and educationally.

In family therapy, families can work on their problems with the guidance of a mental health professional in a safe and controlled environment.

Care Farm Therapy

There’s no greater way to connect, be present, and release than by embracing the outdoors. We’re fortunate to have a partner like The Warm Springs Care Farm, right down the street in Boise, which allows us to provide Farm and Nature-based Therapy.

Peer Groups

Our Peer Connection Groups are developed to connect teens/kids with peers and parents. They provide the opportunity for a community connection, to strengthen self-esteem and to give participants the tools to express themselves.
