About the Training

Polyvagal Theory is most powerfully understood through experience. This training offers a bottom-up approach that helps participants feel and reflect on the principles of nervous system regulation, trauma awareness, and relational safety.

The two-day classroom component provides foundational understanding of Polyvagal Theory, including its clinical application and relevance to therapy, education, and caregiving.

The optional third day at the Warm Springs Care Farm brings the theory to life. Guided equine interactions invite deep somatic awareness and self-reflection, helping participants explore how old narratives shape perception—and how to nurture safe, attuned connections with others.
