I am a first-generation student pursuing my master’s in Social Work at Boise State University. With a strong interest in specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma, and helping people with grief and loss, I aim to one day open my own practice.
A long-term dream of mine is to start an animal sanctuary, reflecting my deep care for both mental health and animals. Born in Oregon and raised in Idaho, I cherish my faith, which inspires me to help others on their mental health journeys.
I also speak Spanish, allowing me to connect with a broader community. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, exploring the outdoors, learning, exercising, traveling, trying new foods, spending time with friends and family, and caring for my three beloved cats.
