Hi there!

I am so excited to be part of the CHS team. I received a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and teenagers along with parents and other family members to bring the family unit together. Family relationships and dynamics can become difficult during transitions, loses, abuse, trauma, or disruptions and I want to help improve connection, coping skills, behaviors, attachments, and social skills along with decreasing anxiety and depression.

I use best practices including Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Bowen Family Therapy, and Collaborative Therapy.
