Hi There!

Hi, I'm Kayla, a proud Boise native, mother of two, wife, musician, and data junkie. I have had the great privilege to serve as a case manager, executive assistant, and most recently as Administrative Operations Manager at this wonderful organization.

With a background in behavioral health and social services, I bring a unique ability to address the needs of my colleagues and ensure efficient processes that contribute to our organization’s success. The ability to impact both the strategic and human aspects of this organization is what truly motivates me. I’m guided by values like compassion, integrity, and perseverance, and I stay motivated through curiosity and my dedication to serving others. I find inspiration in Mr. Rogers’ advice to “look for the helpers,” and I try to embody that spirit in all that I do.

Outside of work, I recharge by going on evening walks, stargazing, and connecting with nature. I love having dance parties with my two daughters, traveling with my husband, and immersing myself in music.
