Hi there!

I completed my Master of Social Work Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. I have 36 years of clinical experience in individual, couples and family therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy, Structural Family Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and grief/loss. I also serve as a Clinical Faculty member through the University of Washington Department of Psychiatry and Health Sciences providing consultation and supervision to psychiatric residents for their therapy cases.

When not working I enjoy spending time in the outdoors fly fishing and mountain bike riding.
