Hi There

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. I earned my master’s degree at the University of Utah and have had a very diverse background on my way to the Children’s Home Society.

My experience includes working with children in both outpatient and day treatment programs, refugees, substance abuse, and for the department of family services.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and their parents to help them overcome the struggles they currently have. I will use different approaches to help my clients to improve from where they are at. I often use a developmental and skills-based approach. I believe that as we learn to be aware of our body, thoughts, and feelings we can function better and feel happier.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children. I love to read, go on adventures, and watch good movies.
